- Part-time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Rotate weekends once per month
- 10 patients every 4 hours
- Family medicine clinic
- 2+ years NP or PA experience in primary care required
- All ages from 2 years and up
- Experience with substance abuse and women's health preferred
- Community Health/FQHC experience strongly preferred

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
