A FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located 1 hr from Springfield, Massachusetts.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a daily caseload of 16-20 patients across all ages. Candidates must hold an active MA license, DEA, and BLS, and be board certified. COVID vaccination is not required, but mask protocols must be followed. Credentialing takes approximately 4-6 weeks. The role includes a 30-minute lunch break, and administrative work is completed by charting as you go.
