Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and order diagnostic testing
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, as well as preventative healthcare
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
- Order laboratory tests and medical imaging studies
- Utilize Amazing Charts, electronic health record systems to document patient encounters
Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in various areas of primary care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and data management
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare
