This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to the community with a focus on accessible healthcare delivery. The facility operates six days per week with extended hours on Wednesdays and Saturday coverage. Each clinician is supported by dedicated medical assistants and comprehensive front office staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. The role involves seeing 18-20 patients per day, including 2-4 walk-in patients during morning hours from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by scheduled appointments. The position requires board certification, Maine licensure, Maine DEA certification, and more than 2 years of primary care experience with strong preference for FQHC experience. No call responsibilities are required for this locum tenens assignment.
