Job Description

  • Assess patients and develop care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families.
  • Administer medications and treatments.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and help promote positive patient outcomes in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for applicable specialties.
  • Previous nursing experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates are welcome to apply where appropriate.
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
