A clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage,

The facility is located in Central Iowa.

The schedule is 8:00 a.m.-4:30/5:00 p.m. with flexibility on start and end times. The facility will consider either an MD or an APP, and there is no call required. Daily volume ranges from 10-20 patients of all ages, primarily sick and acute visits, with occasional physicals; comfort with annual womens health exams is preferred. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine with an active Iowa license and DEA. Support staff includes other providers and MA assistance depending on the site. Epic is used for the EMR. An ideal candidate would also be open to extending for PRN coverage each month.
