A well-established private practice in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This opportunity has become available due to increasing patient demand driven by rapid community growth, allowing for a rewarding role in a supportive, expanding practice.
About This Position
- Base salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000
- Join a collaborative team of 8 experienced physicians
- Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) supporting strong work-life balance
- Light call rotation of 1:8 weeks
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, cell phone allowance, 4 weeks of PTO, and 1 week of CME
