Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Primary Care

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient primary care team. This role is ideal for an advanced practitioner who values work-life balance, collaboration, and evidence-based care. You will provide comprehensive primary care to an established patient panel with strong support from physicians, MAs, and care coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages

• Perform evaluations, diagnose conditions, and manage chronic diseases

• Conduct wellness visits, follow-ups, and acute care visits

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests

• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans

• Collaborate with other Providers and multidisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain)

• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)

• Minimum 1 year of primary care or family medicine experience preferred

• New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply

• Current DEA registration or eligibility

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible Hours

• Available from Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• PT/FT Available

• Rotating call schedule

• Outpatient only

• Supportive team environment 

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $110,000–$135,000 depending on experience
