Family Medicine - NP job located in Merced, California

• 4x10 hour shifts per week with Wednesday or Thursday off
• 28 patients per day per 10 hour shift
• Chronic care management for diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension
• Adult and geriatric patient population ages 18+
• Heart disease and thyroid disorder management required
• BLS certification required
