Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Northern California

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in beautiful Northern California. This is a great opportunity to join a busy outpatient primary care clinic serving a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights:
--Start Date: As soon as credentialed (approximately 3-week credentialing process)
--Assignment Length: 3 months with potential for extension
--Coverage Dates: 4/29 – 7/19 (ongoing opportunity available)

Schedule Options:
--Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
--Option for 4x10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, may be available)
--Occasional Saturdays as needed
--Patient volume: 21–27 patients per day
--Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
--EMR: EPIC

Responsibilities:
--Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients
--Deliver preventive health services and wellness visits
--Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
--Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
--Participate in call coverage if needed after onboarding

Requirements:
--Family Nurse Practitioner
--Active California license
--Minimum 1 year of NP experience
--Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience
--Ability to manage a full patient panel in a fast-paced clinic
