Job Description

- Flexible 40 hours weekly: four 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday OR five 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday
- 18 - 21 patients per day depending on hours worked
- Position likely to extend beyond initial assignment
- All ages patient population including pediatrics and geriatrics
- 2 years primary care experience required as NP or PA
- Basic family medicine: follow-ups, cold/flu, preventative care, wellness visits
- Hospital privileges required for position
- Strong charting skills essential for documentation

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
