A well-established primary care clinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its collaborative team located 90 miles North of Phoenix. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
- Provide patient education and preventative care guidance
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
