This trauma center operates as a comprehensive 495-bed facility providing advanced emergency medical services to the regional patient population. The facility maintains modern emergency medical equipment and established protocols to support quality emergency care delivery. The physician associate will provide emergency medicine coverage during day and call shifts, working 12-hour schedules including 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 1p-1a, and 7p-7a. The clinician will work with cross-credentialing capabilities to support patient care delivery within a trauma center environment. The position requires board certification and involves managing emergency presentations across all age groups while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Clinicians will coordinate care with emergency department teams throughout each assigned shift.
