About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, physician-led private dermatology group in Visalia, California. This opportunity is ideal for a patient-centered advanced provider with an interest in general dermatology, aesthetics, and cosmetic dermatology, who values high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

You will work closely with experienced dermatologists and a collaborative clinical team, with structured support and mentorship. The practice is intentionally designed for sustainable growth and long-term success—focused on quality care and patient relationships rather than volume-driven medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of general dermatologic conditions
• Provide aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and other cosmetic procedures
  (training and mentorship available based on experience)
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best-practice standards
• Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active California license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior dermatology experience preferred; strong interest in aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology required
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused, professional demeanor
• Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and ongoing learning
