This 25-bed critical access facility provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. The hospital maintains modern equipment and collaborative environments focused on autonomous CRNA practice with predictable workflows and established support systems for optimal patient outcomes.

The clinician will deliver autonomous anesthesia care for diverse surgical procedures requiring regional blocks at a 25-bed critical access facility. The position requires working Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, plus 24-hour call coverage Friday through Sunday. Primary responsibilities include conducting thorough pre-operative patient assessments, managing intraoperative anesthesia delivery with emphasis on regional block techniques, and coordinating post-operative recovery. The clinician must maintain board certification and prescriptive authority while operating independently in an autonomous practice environment during summer coverage months.
