CRNA Hospital Based job located in West Virginia

Facility seeking a locum CRNA to start ASAP
• Shift Details: able to work 5-8’s, 4’10,s 3 12’s 
• 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p
• No call shifts.
• Must be willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month 
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (2 full time due to one leaving and several pregnancies) 
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient 
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. 
• Types of surgery – General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center 
• EMR: Cerner 
• Required: Board Certified, WV license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, 2 years minimum experience
