Medical Center group composed of 8 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs, is located in Southern Ohio has an opening for a CRNA. No surgery center to cover. New grads are welcome! Office hours: Monday and#8211; Friday 7:00a - 3:30p (cases start at 7:30 a.m.), hours may extend past 3:30 p.m. with Surgery add-on cases. Call: Weekday and weekend call is 1:9; averaging 3-4 calls a month including weekend. Weekday call 7:00 a.m. and#8211; 7:00 a.m. Weekend call Friday 7:00 a.m. and#8211; Monday 7:00 a.m. First call post day off Case load depends on room: General Anesthesia Thoracic Vascular OB/maternity ENT Opthalmology Ortho Peds - mostly for ENT Compensation andamp; Benefits: Base salary range of $249,357 - $281,049 guaranteed for 2 years. Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years) Vacation: 272 hours PTO CME/Books andamp; Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000 Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 year before taxes. No matching. Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $30,500 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay. Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary Student Loan Reimbursement: repay up to $80,000 ($10,000 per year for each year of service commitment) Overtime Pay: (time and a half) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a week.
