Requirements/Facility Details:
*NBCRNA + Iowa license required - we will assist with licensure process
*Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
*Night + weekend call is rotated and required
*CRNAs practice independently 
*Case mix: OB, general, urology, ortho, GI, and neuro. Open heart & vascular cases completed by physicians
