Job Description
A long-established, state-of-the-art hospital tucked into the mountains of Northwest Colorado is looking for a CRNA who's ready to love where they work as much as where they live.
Position Outline:
Compensation: Competitive 75th Percentile Base Salary.
Case Variety: General, Ortho, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, and Ophthalmology.
Consistent Schedule: 4-Day Workweek Built for Balance.
Call: Shared Friday Coverage Only — Approximately Two Per Month.
Time Off: 6 Weeks PTO + $7,500 CME Allowance.
