Primary responsibilities include managing critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and remaining within the ICU throughout the shift. The position requires board certification or demonstrated ICU experience and involves handling an average of 2 call backs per night. The clinician will collaborate with nursing staff and medical assistants while maintaining critical care coverage with anesthesia support readily available on-site.
