Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Indianapolis, IN

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group to provide direct patient care at our medical clinic in the Indianapolis area in Greenwood. The right candidate will be seeing patients, reviewing patient charts/records to determine the best possible course of action and treatment for our patients’ chronic pain. The physician assistant/nurse practitioner will be performing trigger point and joint injections as well prescription/medication management for both new patients and follow ups. We also offer IV fusion treatments and would prefer the candidate be able to start an IV line. Ideally, we are looking for a team player, who enjoys helping others reach their goals, and is motivated to build the practice, helping as many in our community as possible.

Duties:

• Patient management and care (focused exams, history and physicals) Review patient records as needed
• Treatment plan formulation and recommend options for patients
• Answer patient’s questions and concerns
• Perform injections/procedures- trigger point and joint injections, and IV infusion therapies
• Patient follow up as needed to track progress and address additional concerns
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Experience in Pain Management, PM&R, Ortho, Sports Medicine preferred
• Trigger point, joint injection, and IV placement experience preferred
• PA/NP License to practice in IN

Schedule:

• Full time

Compensation:

• $120k-$133k per year (Depending on experience)
