Nurse Practitioner Sun City West, AZ (25 miles NW of Phoenix)

Part time or Full time

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Sun City West, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints. A Nurse Practitioner with experience in orthopedics, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background and experience with joint injections is required. At our practice, we strive to make our patients feel at home, and our level of personal care is why people throughout the Sun City West area come to us. Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical/functional exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (PRP)
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner license in AZ
• Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
• Experience with joint injections a plus

Schedule:

• Part time to Full time position.
• Part-time Mon, Wed, Fri. 8:30am-4pm
• Full-time Mon-Friday 8:30am-6pm

Compensation:

• $105k-$125k per year (Depending on experience and hours worked)
