Practice Details

• We are seeking a full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, well-established Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice.
• Opening January 2025 – the new musculoskeletal facility with orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry and rehabilitation services, as well as access to primary care, endocrinology/diabetes management, pain management and rheumatology!
• Welcome residents, new grads and experienced physicians
• Care team model for full practice support
• General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
• Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
• EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
• Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
• Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
• Hospitalists available for consults
• Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
