Nurse Practitioner Portland, OR

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient medical office part time in Portland, OR. We are physical and regen medicine practice and due to our fast-growing reputation, we need a NP to join our team 1-2 days a week.

We are an integrated physical and regen medicine office, with a diverse staff of MD’s, NP’s, Chiropractic Physicians, and support staff. We are dedicated to providing the community with exceptional care, rehabilitation and regen medicine services and have been doing so since 1974. The team’s mission is to identify, treat, manage, and resolve health concerns using a multidisciplinary, total wellness approach.

Our entire team of health professionals’ partner with patients to implement customized plans to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance overall wellness. Therapeutic treatments focus on natural pain relief and on resolving the underlying health issues that cause pain and other debilitating symptoms. The clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic imaging technology, including digital X-rays, surface electromyography, and ultrasound.

Treatment options include chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, massage therapy, and trigger point injections. Custom plans can treat a range of conditions, including sciatica, neuropathy, arthritis, knee pain, back pain, sports injuries, auto injuries, chronic diseases, and many internal illnesses. Our friendly team makes patient education a priority, and questions and concerns are always taken seriously.

Duties:

  • Patient exam/evaluations
  • Evaluate Clinical Data
  • Order and review diagnostic tests/labs
  • Consultation and collaboration with the MD and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide accurate and Useful diagnostic information and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and therapies/modalities
  • Treatment the patients- trigger point injections, medication/supplementation management, refer for PT
  • Documentation of all patient interactions
  • Help direct management of the patient’s care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • NP license in OR
  • Orthopedic, Physical Medicine and Rehab, or Pain Management background preferred
