• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts
• PALS, ACLS and BLS must be accredited through the AHA
• Provider must provide documentation of 500 EM hours within 12 months
• The two mandatory reporter trainings (Child abuse & Dependent adult abuse) are required
• Credentialing needed
