- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts
- PALS, ACLS and BLS must be accredited through the AHA
- Provider must provide documentation of 500 EM hours within 12 months
- The two mandatory reporter trainings (Child abuse & Dependent adult abuse) are required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal

From $70.00 to $100.00 hourly
