Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner specialized in primary care/internal medicine. 
--The NP will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide exceptional care to our patients. 
--Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary.
--Weekends & Major Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.
--Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
--On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.
--The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of health issues, focusing on preventive care and the management of chronic conditions.
--Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
--Diagnostic Proficiency: Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and radiology reports.
--Medication Management: Prescribe medications and other treatments.
--Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive and problem-focused physical examinations.

Requirements: 
-Active GA license
-Board Certified
-Certification through either the AANP or ANCC is necessary.
-Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required. 
-A minimum of three years of experience in primary care, specifically in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, is essential.
