Nurse Practitioner DeLand, FL (25 miles W of Daytona)

Salary- $100k-120k PLUS Bonuses

4-day work week!

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in DeLand, FL. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, enjoys helping others, is a great communicator, and loves working with an integrative medical team to give our patient’s their best, the care that our patients want and deserve!

We prefer NP who has experience with musculoskeletal exams, has a philosophy based on responsible pain management, and has experience with joint injections/trigger point injection experience. We are willing to provide and pay for injection training for the right candidate. The NP will provide professional medical directions, oversight, and direct patient care for our practice.

We are conveniently located in DeLand, FL, which is about 25 miles inland from Daytona Beach and approximately 45 min north of Orlando. Great access to the East Coast beach, airport and all the attractions that the Orlando area has to offer.

We are integrative physical and regen medicine office that has been providing care to patients of DeLand for decades, providing a multidisciplinary approach to our patients musculoskeletal, orthopedic conditions. We are taking integrative care beyond simple pain relief. By focusing on our patient’s long-term health, we are building partners in wellness to create a healthier and happier community. We offer a broad range of services suitable for all ages and populations. Our respected and knowledgeable team of NP providers, primary wellness doctor, wellness coach, massage therapist, personal trainers, acupuncturists, and dedicated support staff and we have decades of combined experience.

Duties:

• Patient exams/consultations- musculoskeletal focused (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
• Evaluate Clinical Data
• Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and pre and post care guidelines
• Regular progress checks on patients for treatment compliance, improvements, and/or adjustments of care
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Treatments to include Joint, trigger point, PRP injections (US guided)- will provide training if necessary
• Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
• Collaboration with the other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited NP program
• NP license in FL
• Experience in Joint and Trigger point injections preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Orthopedic/ Physical Med & Rehab or Pain Management background is preferred

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday (8-6)
• 3-day weekends!

Salary:

• $100k-$120k per year (DOE)
