(Login for Information) seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Northwest Emergency at Town Square located in Amarillo, Texas.

• Freestanding ED affiliated with Northwest Texas Health System 
• Ambulance Receiving  
• Dedicated Ambulance for admission transfers 
• Cerner EMR with Dragon Dictation

• CT 24/7 
• Xray 24/7 
• Bedside Ultrasound 24/7 
• Access to Northwest Texas Health’s coverage 

About the Program and Hours 

• 12 bed ED  
• 18,615 Annual Visit ED 
• 4% admission rate from the ED 
• APPs see patients in the RME role and in Fast Track.  APPs don’t see Main Side Pts. 
• 12 hour ED Physician shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a) 
• 8 hour ED APP shift (1p-9p for 5 days per week) 

Qualifications 

• Active Texas license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license 
• Active Texas DEA 
• Candidate Must PA or FNP BE/BC  
• Must have active BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS.
